Type- We are a software company and looking for candidates for a Sales executive role with excellent communication skills.

Applicant should have: - Understanding of how online software industry works - Basic knowledge of financial accounting - Excellent written and verbal communication – Most important: Passion for changing people's lives through technology. - Should have at least 3 Year of Experience in the sales process - Enterprise Sales of High-End IT Infrastructure solutions.

Sales Process: - Contact the leads via phone or email and qualify them - Give them the application demo online using Google meet or similar platform - Follow up and close the deal - Generate leads on different platforms. - CTC 3.6 Lacs

EXPERIENCE : 5+ years, experience in dealing with Defence, PSUs a Government Clients. We are looking for a Business & Partnerships Development Manager who has very strong experience in building a partner network. You will be required to develop strategic partnerships with the government and the company, and bring them on board to run special offers for their products/services.

Job Description :

  • • Ability to provide solutions to the problem
  • • Experience in selling services in Indian geography
  • • Experience in IT Service and Operations Management or related products
  • • Connecting with the potential clients based on leads generated by the inside sales representative and related follow-ups
  • • Understanding client’s needs, positioning our offerings, explore sales opportunities
  • • Work closely with inside sales team in driving sales qualified leads
  • • Closing sales and achieving sales revenue targets
  • • Understanding of competitive landscape and defending our solutions to the clients
  • • Work closely with pre-sales/solution consulting team for executing demos, POC’s, proposals
  • • Upselling and cross-selling of products and services


Role Requirements :
1. Meet and exceed revenue and qualified opportunity targets.
2. Proactively make outbound calls/emails prospecting for business partnerships and record every activity in CRM.
3. Collaborate with other members of the Sales team, as appropriate, to advance a sale/relationship.
4. Negotiate agreement terms, send proposals, and onboard new partners.
5. Perform other business & partner engagement activities.
6. Excellent communication, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Salary Offering - 6 Lacs CTC
